Shawn has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and IT leadership for public, private equity sponsored, and family-owned companies. Shawn was most recently served as the CFO for NuCera Solutions, a carve-out of Baker Hughes. He led the IT and Finance transitions, hiring the Finance and Accounting teams, implementing a new ERP and standing up the Finance and IT infrastructures in less than one year. Before NuCera, Shawn held Finance leadership roles at KMG Chemicals and Lhoist North America.
