Laura, an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of experience in global leadership roles, brings a proven ability to drive innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth. Laura joined Canlak Coatings in October 2024 and serves as President & CEO. She previously served as Chief Commercial Officer of Matrix Adhesives Group. In addition, Laura held senior leadership roles at public companies within the specialty chemicals industry, including President of Castrol Americas for BP and Global Business Development Director for Henkel.

Laura sits on the Board of Directors of Koppers Holdings, Inc (KOP) and board of directors and chairs the advisory arm at Coqual, a non-profit DE&I think tank. Laura has a degree in Chemistry from The University of Delaware.
