Rust No More Rusty Metal Primer is a self-etching primer that “bites” into a painted surface. It can be used as a universal paint primer and a “rust-converting” paint primer, and will work on clean or rusty steel, galvanized metal, zinc, aluminum, tin or previously painted surfaces. It can be overcoated with all different types of paint with no restrictions.
