Guillaume Leising has joined Canlak Coatings as Chief Operating Officer. Guillaume will lead our safety program, operations, supply chain, and continuous improvement across Canlak Coatings. Guillaume joins us from Ashland where he was Global Operations Director. In this role, Guillaume led 8 plants to support growth, reduce costs and optimize network to increase EBITDA. Prior, he worked at ALLNEX and held positions of Regional Manufacturing Manager, Global Planner, and Plant Manager. Guillaume also has broad industry experience at companies such as Arkema and Cytec Industries. He has worked and lead teams in different regions including North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Guillaume graduated from ENS Industries Chimiques with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. In addition, he gained a Master of Science degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a certified Lean Manager from Fisher’s College of Business at The Ohio State University.
