Allow overnight dry before application of next coat and abrade between coats with 150 or 180 grit screens (3M SPPs with 180 grit disks may also be used if top coating within 36 hrs.). Increase airflow when floor is tack free (usually 4 – 6 hrs). 4. After game lines have been applied and abraded, apply finish using the same procedures listed above. 5. Keep traffic off floor for 48 hours. Light traffic until 7 days, normal traffic after that. Coating reaches 80% cure in 7 days, full cure in 30 days. No mats or gym covers for 30 days.
