PRIMARY TASKS
- Oversee all daily plant operations and the on-site team
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production
- Manage the budget, staffing, and employee performance
- Foster a positive work environment
- Develop and implement plant policies, procedures, and KPIs
- Ensure the availability of equipment, materials, and supplies
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and optimize productivity
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs
- Actively participate in projects related to operations and work organization
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of ERP systems
- Bilingual French/English
